Manipal Telephone & Telecommunications Limited is a new Company in the Manipal Group established with the object of providing telecom services and, subsequently, manufacture telecom products. The Company has entered into a joint Venture with Control Data Systems Inc. , USA for establishing “Electronic Commerce’ Services in India.
Electronic Commerce Encompasses:
- E Mail service among companies in a heterogenous Mail Network environment.
- Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) exchange of structured electronic files between independent computer systems.
- Enchanced Fax Services
- Electronic Information Services (Data Base Services) that support commercial exchanges. Other Inter-company network applications.
- Internet Access & Services.
- Directory Services.
